With the software, it is possible to book a personal or telephone consultation appointment with an employee of WiredMinds GmbH.

The connection to the service is only established if you actually book an appointment via Microsoft Bookings and use the online booking function to make an appointment. To make an appointment, your entries in the appointment form will be sent to Microsoft. The legal basis for the processing of your data in relation to the “Microsoft Bookings” service is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 letter f) GDPR (legitimate interest in data processing). The legitimate interest results from our claim to give you a user-friendly way to be able to arrange your desired appointment quickly and easily if necessary.

Userlike Livechat

WiredMinds uses a live chat of the company Userlike UG (limited liability), Probsteigasse 44-46, 50670 Cologne, Germany. You can use live chat like a contact form to chat with our staff in near real time. The following personal data will be charged at the start of the [je nach Widget-Einstellungen anzupassen] chat:

By calling the web page wiredminds.de,the chat widget is loaded in the form of a JavaScript file from AWS Cloudfront. The chat widget technically represents the source code that runs on your computer and allows chat. In addition, WiredMinds stores the history of live chats for 7 days. The purpose of this is to save you, under certain circumstances, extensive explanations of the history of your request as well as to the consistent quality control of our live chat offer. The processing is therefore in accordance with Article 6(0). 1 letter f GDPR allowed. If you do not wish to do so, you are welcome to inform us under the contact details listed below. Analysis by WiredMinds

Type and purpose of processing:

Our website uses the tracking pixel technology of WiredMinds GmbH (www.wiredminds.de) to analyse visitor behaviour. This processs a visitor’s IP address. The processing is carried out solely for the purpose of collecting company-relevant information such as the company name. IP addresses of natural persons are excluded from further use (whitelist procedure). The IP address is not stored in LeadLab.

When processing data, it is in our particular interest to safeguard the data protection rights of natural persons. Our interest is based on Article 6(3). 1 lit. (f) GDPR. The data we collect does not at any time allow any inference to be drawn about an identifiable person.

WiredMinds GmbH uses this information to create anonymous user profiles based on the visiting behaviour on our website. The data obtained will not be used to personally identify the visitor to our website.

This data is transferred to a Google server in the USA. Google observes the data protection provisions of the “EU-US Privacy Shield” agreement.

Google Analytics stores cookies in your web browser for two years from your last visit. These cookies contained a randomly generated user ID that can be used to recognize you on future website visits.

The recorded data is stored together with the randomly generated user ID, which enables the evaluation of pseudonymous user profiles. This user-related data is automatically deleted after 14 months. Other data is stored in an aggregated form for an unlimited period of time.

If you do not agree with the collection, you can prevent it with the one-time installation of the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics.

Google Ads

Type and purpose of processing:

Our website uses Google Conversion tracking. The operating company of the services of Google AdWords is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. If you have reached our website via an ad posted by Google, Google Adwords will set a cookie on your computer. The conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google.

If the user visits certain pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google can recognize that the user has clicked on the ad and has been redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be tracked through AdWords customers’ websites.
