LeadLab test account
If you choose LeadLab, your data will be preserved and you can continue to maintain your account. If you do not choose LeadLab, your account will be deactivated. No. You get all the features of the full version right from the start.
The first step is to fill out the form. You will then receive your tracking code, your access data, the data protection text and the data processing agreement (DPA) from us. At the same time, you will receive the exact instructions for installing the tracking code by e-mail. This is bound to the URL you specified in the form. The code only works on this website. The test starts as soon as the code is installed on your website. Important for data protection-compliant tracking: Add the data protection text incl. Opt-out link at the appropriate place on your website and send the AVV signed back to us.
The process does not take longer than 10 minutes. You can do this using our Typo3 or WordPress extensions or Google Tag Manager. If you use a different CMS, you will find detailed instructions in our Helpcenter on how to integrate the code. Our support team will also be happy to help you free of charge.
There is no effort for you here. After the test phase, we will present you with your results and introduce you to the software in detail.
No. You will not incur any costs. The test is 100 free of charge and non-binding. Your account will be automatically deactivated after the trial period and does not need to be cancelled separately. LeadLab software
We use all information for identification that is passed on during a website visit, i.e. IP address, dial-in node and geolocation. We consult these in different databases and the information generated is linked accordingly by our technology. This allows us to generate company name, postcode, location and industry & company size. In addition, a link will show you all the people who can be found for this company on social media such as LinkedIn.
To integrate LeadLab on your website, you simply need to include a JavaScript code (a so-called tracking code) in the master template of your website. The tracking code as well as a step-by-step guide for integration will be sent to us by e-mail immediately upon request of your four-week, free trial phase. The integration of the tracking code takes a maximum of 10 minutes and is done by your web administrator or by the agency you have commissioned. Alternatively, the code can also be integrated via the GoogleTag Manager.
No. LeadLab does not slow down your site’s load time. The reason for this is an asynchronous code. This runs in the background and is only called up as soon as the page is fully loaded.
Our solutions are tailored to your specific needs and requirements. We understand that every company is unique and has different lead potential. At the end of the test phase, you will receive our offer – with no hidden costs and full control over your budget. If you wish, we will be happy to give you a binding price range in advance.

Reach measurement
Anyone who runs a website (homepage, online store or company website) usually wants to know how often it is visited, whether there are regular users, which countries they come from and what the user behavior on the site is like. This is generally referred to as reach measurement and can also be carried out without the consent of the website visitor following transparent information and an opt-out option.
Tracking
However, if user behavior is not only used for your own purposes, but is also transmitted to other locations in order to be used there to create a comprehensive “Internet profile” of the website visitor, this is referred to as tracking. Website operators require the consent of website visitors for this. In this understanding, the state commissioners for data protection and information security come to the basic conclusion “The use of Google Analytics is only permitted with
Consent (opt-in) is possible.”
You can obtain the consent of your website visitors to the use of LeadLab via a consent management tool, for example. This informs the website visitor about the cookies and functions used on your website. The website visitor is asked to actively give their consent or actively object to the use of cookies and functions. You can find more information on this topic in our Helpcenter.
No, at the express request of the client, LeadLab also provides an analytical and always anonymized view of the visiting behaviour of all visitors who cannot be assigned to a company. In this case, we recommend that you as the data protection officer obtain the informed consent of all website visitors via a consent management tool in accordance with Art. 6 1 (a) GDPR.

Data protection and cookies
You integrate the cookieless tracking technology (Java-Script) of WiredMinds GmbH on your website to analyze the visitor behavior of your website visitors. Before the visitor behavior of each website visitor is recorded, the IP address is transferred from your web server to Wiredminds, compared against the company database of WiredMinds GmbH (whitelist procedure) and deleted after the comparison has been completed. We offer our clients this opt-out so that every website visitor (B2B or natural person) can decide for themselves whether their visiting behavior may be recorded.

This is regulated in detail in the order processing contract that WiredMinds concludes with all customers. The consent of the website visitor through a consent banner is therefore not required. You therefore do not have to include LeadLab in your cookie consent banner.
